We collect name, contact details, payment identifiers (UPI ID, Paytm-linked number), and session activity. This data is used strictly for account management, fraud prevention, and legal compliance — never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Our platform uses session cookies required for account authentication and preference cookies to remember your language and table layout. You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time without affecting core account functionality.

Account Access Security

Account access is protected by password authentication and optional two-factor verification via your registered mobile number. We log every login attempt and flag unrecognised device sign-ins for your review in the account security dashboard.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction and account records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. After that statutory period, data is securely purged from our active systems. You can request a summary of your retention period via the legal team.

Requesting Your Data

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold on your account. Submit your request by email with your account ID; we will compile and deliver a structured data export within 30 days of verification.

Correcting or Deleting Your Data

If any stored detail is incorrect — name spelling, registered mobile, linked PhonePe number — contact us and we will correct it within five working days. Account deletion requests are processed after identity verification and any outstanding balance is settled.

These terms apply to every person who holds or applies for an account on sattamatkka. Access is governed by local law; if participation is not permitted in your jurisdiction, these terms do not grant you a right to create or maintain an account.

Any material change to our terms is sent to your registered email address at least seven days before it takes effect. The updated document is also posted in the account portal under the Legal section so you can review the full change history.

We record transaction references, amounts, timestamps, and the payment method used — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe. We do not store full UPI credentials or bank account numbers. Payment processor tokens are encrypted and handled under their respective security standards.

Yes. Submit a deletion request to our legal team by email with your account ID and a valid identity document. Deletion is processed after we confirm your identity and verify that no outstanding regulatory hold applies to your transaction history.

Closed account records are kept for the period mandated by applicable Indian financial regulations — typically several years from the date of the last transaction. Once that period expires, records are permanently removed from our active databases.

Raise a formal dispute by emailing the legal team with your account ID, the specific clause you believe was misapplied, and the outcome you are seeking. We review every formal dispute and respond in writing within five working days of receiving your complete submission.

Availability depends on local law in your specific state or territory. Where state law does not permit access to the platform, participation is not authorised. We recommend checking the rules applicable in your location before opening an account.
